See Tickets shall bear no responsibility as to how data is collected or utilized by Clients utilizing the See Tickets Custom Form Tool. Such deployment shall be at the sole discretion of the Client. Client may request any data from its customers, and Client shall bear all responsibility as to the use of any derived data and whether such use is in conformity with International, Federal, State or local privacy statutes in the regions in which the client operates.
