By purchasing this ticket and attending Spring Break at Lago Mar, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Lago Mar has put the following preventative measures in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19: employee training, temperature checks and daily health screening of all staff and guests upon entry, all members of staff are required to wear masks, frequent cleaning and sanitization of high-touch areas, high-traffic areas and common areas located throughout property including food and beverage stations, credit card keypads, restrooms, beach and lawn seating, etc. However, it cannot be guaranteed that you or anyone will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected with COVID-19 by attending the event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and death.
To help slow the spread COVID-19, Lago Mar will be following state, local, federal and CDC requirements and guidelines regarding masks. Facial coverings are required for entry, exit, and in all common areas such as food and beverage lines, the food court, restrooms and retail shop with the exception of when you are swimming in the lagoon, eating or drinking. By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, you are acknowledging that you agree to wear your mask as directed as well as agree to follow additional instructions set by signage and staff at the venue. You certify that you are (as of the date of purchase and also on the date of the event) physically able to participate in the event and in any activity or performance associated with it, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. You certify that you have not knowingly been in contact with COVID-19 and are not sick or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 which include fever, headache, chills, diarrhea, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell and general malaise.
