Queen Mary Events Terms & Conditions

Purchase Agreement

All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges. Barcode only allows one entry per scan. Unauthorized reproduction or sale of any ticket may prevent admittance to the tour/event. Tickets are not replaceable if lost or stolen; the Queen Mary is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or other items. Scheduled time does not guarantee immediate access; a wait may be required.

While visiting the Queen Mary, ticket holder expressly and voluntarily assumes the risk, liability, and danger that may be associated with tours and events on an historic vessel. Ticket holder releases the Queen Mary, its employees, officers, or agents from any and all claims, causes of action and liabilities of any nature whatsoever the ticket holder may incur or have against any of them which may arise out of or in connection with any action occurring on the premises.

The Queen Mary reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or to eject any person or party who uses vulgar or abusive language, or whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, disruptive of tours or other guests, and/or destructive to the property, or any person or party who fails to comply with these or other management rules.

All tickets are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and valid only on the date for which they have been purchased, during regularly scheduled operating hours, excluding activities and/or events priced separately. Tickets issued complimentarily shall not be exchangeable. Event dates, times, and details are subject to change. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the applicable event, the Queen Mary shall not be required to issue a refund provided that the purchaser is given the right, within twelve months of the original event date, to attend a rescheduled occurrence of the same event or to exchange this ticket for a ticket of comparable value to another similar event as designated by management except as where required by law. Tickets purchased from the Queen Mary or any of her partners may not be resold. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so are void.

Ticket holder grants to the Queen Mary the right in perpetuity to use the ticket holder’s name, photograph, voice or likeness in any promotional material, without notice or payment. The commercial use of photos or video you may have taken during your visit is strictly prohibited without full written consent of the Queen Mary.
