COVID19 Acknowledgment and Release
Trac Projects LLC (the “Company”) provides event services for guests in the form of a music festival entitled “Vibra Urbana” (the “Event”). Company endeavors to follow city and state mandates and recommendations as it relates to COVID-19 for social events. However, due to Event space, configuration, attendance, and attendee behavior, social distancing may not always be possible or maintained. Further, because Company does not control the behavior of Event attendees, neither Company nor Event assumes any responsibility with respect to potential exposure to COVID-19. By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you (the “Attendee”) acknowledge that there is a risk of COVID-19 exposure in any public place where people are present, and therefore assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Further, by purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, holds harmless, and waives any and all potential claims against Event, Company, and its employees, agents, successors and assigns arising from or in connection with potential or actual exposure to COVID-19. Attendee further acknowledges that Attendee voluntarily purchased this ticket and such purchase and attendance of Event as consideration for this agreement is sufficient.
