WAO Music & Arts Festival is a cashless event. Your wristband is your ticket and your method of payment. Please visit www.waomusicfest.com/cashless-wristbands for more information.
Security & Entry
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a thorough, TSA-style search, including emptying your pockets and bags, having all your items examined, a full pat-down, and possibly removing your shoes. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
Ages & ID
The event is open to ALL AGES. Anyone under the age of 18 is required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (STRICTLY ENFORCED). Everyone, regardless of age, is required to purchase a ticket. You must be 21+ to purchase and consume alcohol. Valid Photo ID required upon entry to receive a 21+ wristband to purchase and consume alcohol.

NO Moshing, crowd-surfing or stage-diving
NO Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors
NO Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.
RECORDINGS
By attending the Event, You understand, agree and acknowledge that
You may be photographed and filmed, and
You hereby provide We Are One Event Productions (the “Company”) with Your absolute, express consent to be photographed and filmed. You further understand and agree that these images and/or recordings can be registered, stored, transmitted, broadcast/streamed, rebroadcast, and sold for archival, promotional, and/or commercial purposes, in any manner, and in any media, now known or hereafter discovered, without any compensation to You. Your name, image and/or Your likeness may be captured as part of and/or used in connection with any broadcast/stream, audio, visual, or audio-visual recording, photograph, or other reproduction or other publication of the Event (the “Footage”) and may also be used by or on behalf of the Company or any of the Company’s parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, sponsors, officers, shareholders, successors or assigns for any purpose, including, but not limited to, archival, promotional, and commercial purposes, without any compensation to You. You waive all other rights in and to the Footage, including, but not limited to, all claims of so-called moral rights. This Footage may be used as a means to identify and facilitate the prosecution of illegal or impermissible conduct. At the Event, there will be camera surveillance for the purpose of ensuring the safety and proper operation of the Event. The Footage may be registered or stored by the Company or governmental authorities for the purpose of ensuring the security and safety of Event attendees and the enforcement of and compliance with the safety regulations on the Event site. Any recordings made by ticket holders on or near the Event site may not be used for commercial or public purposes, unless consented to by the Company (including, without limitation, having ads run on or beside such videos on YouTube and other video sharing websites). Non-professional grade small video cameras and cameras are allowed at the Event site.
Acceptable IDs Include
Driver’s Licenses or other state photo identity cards issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles (or equivalent)
Copies of any form of identification (Including pictures of ID)
School identification
Any form of ID that is expired
ZERO TOLERANCE
We have a zero-tolerance policy for violence, sexual abuse, drug use and possession. Police officers will be working inside and outside of the venue, and all narcotics laws will be strictly enforced. Be responsible & respectful.

NO stuffed animals or dolls (including plush backpacks)

NO weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
NO professional recording equipment for photo, video, or audio (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial use rigs)
NO video cameras
NO whistles, air horns, or other loud noise devices
NO open packs of gum
NO eye drops
NO water thermos or hard cased water canteens
COVID-19 TERMS & CONDITIONS:
To support the health & safety of all guests, artists, and staff, and to ensure an enjoyable and worry-free environment, we are working closely with all local and state authorities on any necessary measures. As of right now, we will not have any additional requirements for attendees. Subject to change based on requirements from Federal, State, and Local governing authorities.
